What’s in a name? Many ask, “What exactly does the ETC. part of our name mean?” That part of our name reflects all of the other products and services that we offer. One of our biggest services is rental management which essentially means that all of your ceremony and reception decor planning is in one simple place. This allows the leisurely process of working with one vendor instead of multiple. The ability to plan your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception vision all in one place with one team is a major benefit in our eyes. Here’s how it works…
At your initial consultation (which is free, btw), we will go over your bouquets, boutonnieres, ceremony arches, aisle petals, reception centerpieces, and all the etc. At this consultation you will also have the opportunity to view sample linens (and by sample we mean feel, see and match with everything else!) and chair covers as well as our Showroom full of chargers, candelabras, silverware, wood stands, and so much more!
Already have your florals? We have worked as solely a rental manager for brides who already have their florist booked. We have also had families/friends come pick up their rentals and simply return them the next week. We can also deliver your flowers and rentals, set them up, and also tear them down for a flat fee.
In the past we have had brides fall in love with one of our arbors that their florist doesn’t have access to and they were able to pick it up a day or two before the wedding or take a big lantern for additional aisle ambiance. We have such a large assortment of diverse rentals, even if you think that everything is set, it’s worth seeing what we have to offer!
In addition, working with the best rental companies, we also offer in-house options like various hoop arches, chuppas, centerpieces, large grapevine balls, mercury glass, iron candelabras, linens, votives, window panes (used as the cutest vintage seating chart!), wood discs, modern glass vases and so much more! We have come by all of these rentals over 25 years of following trends from all of our daring couples!
So how does the process work? Well, once we’ve built your style and the theme that you are wanting, we manage ordering the rentals from each respective company and getting you the best pricing available. Because of our volume discount, you’d get a better price on your rentals by working with us than going directly to a rental company. If it’s not already in our shop, it is delivered to us where we inventory and prep it for you. From there we do what you want: you can have someone pick them up and then set them for your big day, or you can pay us to deliver and set up (as well as tear down!) so you don’t have to worry about anything going awry.
