For many couples, incorporating elements of their first date is a powerful way to tell their story and add a personal touch to their special day.

For Briejen and Chris, the Arizona Biltmore Hotel was their very first date. Years after love at first sight, they tied the knot at the Biltmore surrounded by their family, friends and of course some incredible flowers.

Biejen is Eastern Indian and there was a stunning blend of traditional and contemporary during their ceremony and reception. One of these Eastern Indian traditions is the delicate but full garlands of fresh flowers.

Biejen chose white roses for the couple’s ceremony garlands and they draped beautifully against their grey and navy suits. These weren’t the only flowers that graced the lapels of these grooms, as they each had a beautiful calla lily boutonniere that tied in the featured lilies of the ceremony space.

Their reception decor was sleek, elegant and modern as they kept their centerpieces rich contrasts of black and white with metallic accents.

For the longer tables in the reception space, keeping centerpieces small with sweet and simple arrangements of white tulips kept this family style table friendly and inviting.

Life Design Events brought together this couple’s dream wedding with exceptional attention to detail and Melissa and Keith Photography captured every moment with shots that take your breath away.

This August we were also honored to be a part of Rick and Ethan’s wedding at Clayton on the Park in Arizona. Vermillion Events put on such an incredible wedding and we are still in awe of all the small details that made Rick and Ethan’s day special.

Karma Lighting did an amazing job illuminating their reception space to capture all of the modern sophistication of the venue, in their table decor and our arrangements.

We absolutely loved the height and drama that these tall glass vases , soft billowing petals and the hint of sparkle brought to this space. It’s all about the details.

To keep with the modern sophistication of their event, the table’s centerpieces featured white flowers with different textures and hints of rich navy and black to tie them in with the space. Look how industrial glam those chairs are with the unique shape of the back. At this wedding there was the ultimate combination of sharp lines and soft textures.

Elizabeth Douglas Photography captured all their memories and we can’t wait to see more incredible shots of this couple’s wedding.
